About This ETF

OMAH is an actively managed options-income ETF designed to seek income first and long-term capital appreciation secondarily. The Fund combines a core equity portfolio (based on a Berkshire-style holdings basket) with an options strategy intended to support a 15% annual income target, distributed monthly.

Investment Strategy

OMAH’s strategy has two components:

  1. Equity portfolio: Invests in a portfolio of equity securities based on the Solactive VistaShares Berkshire Select Index, and also provides exposure to BRK.B.

  2. Options portfolio: Uses an options strategy intended to help the Fund pursue its annual income target (15%), paid monthly.
